This is kind of a different email. It shows they are working hard and at times playing hard. I can tell he's loving it there. He also chatted with me for a minute and told me he had sent a b-day letter in the mail. Not sure when it will get here. But, knowing that he remembered makes me happy and I will consider it a bonus when it finally does arrive. The new picture on the blog is of his roommate from the MTC Elder Peterson. These two became instant buddies and we have in turn become good friends with his family here at home. Elder Peterson was an answer to our prayers and they are always so excited to see each other. Well what up hows it going well we had a good week so alright this is
what hapened with world war 3 right so we live next to the ZLs haha so
tight to live with other missionarys its so fun. So the other night i
was on the roof in the hammack and i went to go to bed at like 1015
and my house is locked and my ZL is inside with a bucket of water are
so hes like throwing water out of the windows to my and my comp and
haha ya it was pretty funny but i didnt want any part of it so i went
back upstairs and was just chilling when he shows up my Zl with a
bucket of water that got me a little wet so i run down to the 2nd
level where we live and hes now locked out of his house so i go over
to the pila the place where there is like a pool of water and i FILL
FREAKING FILL a huge bucket of water so he runs up and bear hugs me
thinking im not gonna get me wet but i was already wet so it didnt
matter and i poured it over him and me not once not twice but 3
freaking buckets big buckets of water so then were just running and
having a slip and slide on the walk way when we hear the neighbors
from under us she starts yelling cause all the water turned into a
freaking water fall haha and was pouring down we hear her unlock the
door my ZL whos from El Salvador Looks at me and says the roof heck ya
i agree with him so we run up there and we were sitting in a aspot
w¡here we could see everything going down she comes up knocks on our
doors where our comps dont answer the freak9ing doors so she goes to
get the other neighbors when Diego the zl i was with tels me were
running to the other side on the other side of a dirt pile haha
laaying in dirt listening to the water fall ahhaa so then she goes
back down and me and diego go back gotta change cause we were muddy
and full of weeds haha so we cleaned up then we went to go apolpgize
and they were way tight about it and were friends now with the
neighbors haha so that was fun.
Then i woke up the other morning with a flame thrower in my face cause
my ZL was using the OFF bug spray with a match to wake me up at 530 in
the morning hahaa cause he had taken my keys freak man i dont klnow
when this war is gonna end but its gotta be soon haha so that was the
fun part of my week.
Also we are working with some super cool people theres a lady named
Elsa Ramona so tight shes like 60ish but so freaking tight love the
lady also with that fool from the states hes nuts man hding from the
goverment cause hes done some crazy things its been a great week. It
ended kinda suckly cause m comp had a fever of 102 yesterday but other
then that we were all good.
Today we went and played futbol for like 3 hours it was bomb i love
futbol here its the best.
I hope Everything is good i hope Mom you had an amazing Bday i love you all

A Great Week and Hard Work Pays Off
I was so excited to hear about his surprise b-day party and as you will see in his letter he loved it but he has totally forgotten himself and loves the work and the people more. I love how he talked on the roof until late hours of the morning and talks of his love of Honduras. He is doing so great and each week he grows more and more and their hard work is paying off as the people are trusting him and his companion and bringing souls to church. Enjoy...
Well thanks for all the birthday wishes. We Had a great week so
Tuesday my Birthday we went to the meeting of zone and it was bomb had
a good timethen we went out and worked then at 6 we met the bishop to
go visit a fam to put a baptism date and freak it was a bomb lesson
but fell they said it was too fast so ya that was a bit of a downer
but ya. Then we went to a colonial and the lady who cooks our food was
like elders come here so we walked in and there was the whole cake
pizza and everything!!! It was awesome and a huge suprise i love this
area its awesome. So then the rest of the week was good wed we had a
multi zona in La lIMA which was awesome i do love the multi zones and
its fun to see the other elders then we went and got a treat after so
that was fun. So we were finding others and we really worked hard this
week and it so paid off. Ok get this on Thursday we get a refernce
from a member about this guy who is super smart. And were like ok its
probably some cathlic dude anyways we go there its an AMERICAN what a
dude from New York super smart that has been living here for like 3
years speaks spanish but speaks to me in English so he was in the
Military for 10 plus years and made it to 1st ltn almost captain but
he was telling me some of the stuff he has seen NUTS man come to find
out hes pretty much hiding from the goverment hahaha cool bro but a
little nuts. So anyways church was good this week paid off cause we
had 8 INVESTIGATORS in church everyone in church was so stoked so
stoked and it was awesome!!! I had a great week it was awesome thanks
for all the Birthday wishes.. MOM HAPPY BIRTHDAY i love you i hope you
have an amazing day!!! But ya thats whats going down love this area
the peopole are great love you so much.
This area is so sweet cause i dont know if ive told you but we live
next to the ZLs and theyre awesome and alot of fun. also i forgot
about this after the suprise bday we went home and te zls were there
with westermann and his comp and so we opened all the hostess cupcakes
threw candles in em and had a fiesta haha it was awesome then me and
Westermann and Hafen sat on the roof until like 230 am talking and it
was bomb love Honduras what an awesome country i have heard some
things though what are people saying about this country right now huh

Feliz Cumpleanos Elder Clayton!
Holy cow where does the time go. Twenty years came and went so quickly. I love this boy/man. Can I even say that. He will always be my little boy, but I can't hardly say that without tear filled eyes. Bridger is such a great son and missionary. We are truly blessed to have him as ours forever.
We received an email from Bridger on Monday, the day before his b-day and he had gotten his package. I had asked him if possible to wait to open his box until his actual b-day but I knew he probably wouldn't. Who could, right? When Tuesday came as I said my morning prayers I asked that somehow, someone would know it was his b-day and make it fun for him in some way.
After work I went to Parsons Bakery and picked up some brownies to light candles and have our own celebration for him. Not until Stetson came home and looked on Facebook what a fun tender mercy was waiting for us to see. I will not know the details until next email, but they say a picture is worth a 1000 words, and in this case, tears. My prayers were answered even more than I could have imagined. Here's the proof. Stetson's words were, "Mom, they must really love him!" I couldn't agree more. Enjoy...

Pumping Iron & Happy 20th Birthday
Tomorrow the 7th is Bridger's birthday. I was so excited to read that he had received his b-day package. Although he couldn't wait to open it...oh well. He sounds so happy. He loves his mission, the area, and the people more and more with each email. I will think of him even more tomorrow, it that is even possible. Love him so much and am so proud of who he has become and he serves his fellow brothers and sisters in Honduras.

Freak well first of all i do not feel like m gonna have 20 years old20 seems super old but alright haha so this week was pretty good weworked super hard had good lessons found some news and yesterday atchurch we went to bring people and....NOONE uh man having a week thatis great and to end on a note so sucky freak that blows but whateverwe just have to find more next week right so this week well i got mypackage!!!!! si hombre i was so stoked for that and i waited to openit by the way the ipod case was awesome and the cookies were and aretoo!!!! Thanks for the carmels and all the games.... ya i opened ithaha it was awesome i couldnt wait so anyways my new area is awesemoi love it here love the people and were gonna try to do the best forit. Also an awesome thing is we live next door to the ZLs in theapartmento and it is bomb the only sucky thing is we all go to bed atlike 11 oclock at night and haha we bought gym memberships so werepumping iron now at 6 in the morning so you could say there is a lackof sleep but oh wellat one of the sketchiest gyms i have ever seeen inmy life haha but were getting big... not really i cant lift anythingince its the first time in the gym for like 10 months hahabut its fun.Also we are teaching some good people its just that the area is welldead its dead the other elders ruined it we have talked to the zls thebishop and ya its kinda a rough situation but were getting through it.My comp is tight..... my beloved son is what i call him OR MI HIJOAMADO HAHA hes good and we get along good. Man other than that it wasjust a super fast week we went into the poorest place ive ever walkedinto in Honduras thats part of our area which was sketchy but were allgoood!That sucks about the NY giants i dontlike em but whatever. Senior Companion & a Miracle...Awesome Week
This is a great email. He has worked hard and his efforts and faith are paying off, big time. Love him so much. Our bishop told me this week as hard as it is for me to miss him, it's going to be harder when he tells us he doesn't want to come home. He may be getting there...

What a crazy week so we got the call on monday night that Elder
CLAYTON has a change freak ok so packed my stuff and tuesday we went
to Central for the meeting and everyone was freaking out not knowing
what was gonna happen with me. So then on Tuesday we went and said
goodbye to the members and the converts 6 weeks was super short in
progresso but its not my choice right. Anyways it was bomb a lady made
us pizza haha shes socool as i said goodbye they asked what time i was
leaving in the morning i said at 5 in the morning. and so they said
ok. So went home packed all my stuff and went to bed woke up at like
330 to get ready and go as we were waiting for the taxi this family
comes to the house to say one more goodbye and it made me feel good
but a little sad cause they were all crying haha im glad i made a good
impression but ya thats what happened. So then i go to changes saw
Peterson and talked to him so tight right then cambios started and
well they are in Alphabitical order UNLESS they will wait for some
till the middle or the end for a suprise right anyways A´S AND B´S are
said C´s and my name is not called were going through the whole list
and were on the M´s and im getting super nervous whats gonna go down.
Until at the very end we hear this. Elder Zavaleta will go as junior
comp with Elder Clayton who is Senor Comp youre trainer and you will
be opening the Area of Calpules Satelite!!!! Ah man are you kidding me
the elders went nuts ahaha it was super fun but super crazy hahah the
crowd went wild. So ya im a Dad haha in the mish with my Kid Elder
Zavaleta hes cool hes pretty much to describe him youve all seen the
best 2 years the new elder i want to say his name is cahoon it is a
match identical twin just hes from El Salvador is the differnce ah so
we go to a meeting then its off to the area when we were in a taxi
with the ZLS and theyre way tight telling me the elders before sucked
never worked and its bad so i said ok we will see. We get to the house
oh my gosh PIGS the 4 of us cleaned the house for like 3 hours it was
terrible!!1 Finding movies Cds ah it was so bad i was actually pretty
ticked cause they didnt do one thing to help us but whatever. So then
i start lookinng for people they were teaching anything NOTHING
NOTHING they did not have 1 investigadr and well we can say the area
is DEAD haha but thats why were here to turn that around i just hope
that we can do a good job. So trainind is fun kinda differernt but its
good my comp is chill a little out there but good. So then we had a
crazy evpericane that honestly freak strenghthened my testimony a ton
we were out getting to know the area when we passed by a house and
they greeted us and we passed it and somthing said go back ok so we
turned around and started to talk to her nice lady and she was a
member right just inactive is what she says ok so as were talking
there is screaming and she goes to see whats going on and her daughter
had fallen down and split her heads open with blodd GUSHING from her
head it honestly was one of the things that has actually scared me
here because i thoiught she was gonna die becuase of all the blood in
like 2 seconds i pulled some oil from my backpack and told my comp to
do the first part and fast as the mom was holding her daughter both of
them are screaming he does it blood still gushing then my turn i
sealed the first part and gave a blessing in this blessing i said that
the blood will stop NOW that you will return to normal tomorrow! i
said in the Name of Jesucristo Amen we took our hands from her head
and....It had stopped bleeding as i am writing this there are like
tears in my eyes because it was a miracle miracle thats the only way
to describe it miracle. She then went and layed down we then said
another prayer and bounced with just in my head HOW WHAT JUST HAPPENED
i have never seen anything like it.so the night ended and the next day
we were working close so we went by and she was playing outside with
her friends with NO MARK at all!!! Amazing Amzing thats all i have to
say i really am liking this area we dont know alot but its good i love
being a nmissionary i witnessed a miracle this week
But ya anyways i really like this area im more in the city city and i
like it like that more but ya im good im praying for you guys Dad and
especially for Grandma Kathy Thats tight about Jimmer im a jimmer fan

Elder Clayton: Oh my gosh when i walked in the house i was so ticked honestly its ridicouous when i see the fools at the next change meeting im gonna let em know about it
Mom: I know. You sometimes have to have the bitter to appreciate the sweet. How
